I can just smell the hot crossed buns in the air right now! With Easter approaching, it’s time to get some ideas for simple crafts to do with your little ones! It can be such a fun time, but with all the chocolate and food and extra holidays around Easter, it’s also a time when we all need some go-to craft ideas that toddlers and kids can easily make to have some down time as well.

I absolutely love scrolling through Pinterest and blog posts for easy craft ideas to do with my girls! So I thought I would share the things we have been making, too! My style I tend to go for is pretty much, anything easy 😅 for me, I love using paper plates because they easily create shapes of chickens and bunnies, as well as creative things like Easter baskets done in different ways. Half the work is done for me just in the shape of the circle paper plate! That’s right up my alley for sure haha.

In this post, I’ll share our easy Easter paper plate activities to do with your toddler in the lead up to Easter! We’ve been hanging these from my 4 year old’s bed frame as decorations for her to look at as she falls asleep. You could literally hang these anywhere you like - on the front door, on their bedroom door, as decorations around the house, or even to gift to grandparents or friends!
